The Town of Parker was recently notified of an email scam targeting applicants with Planning projects within the Towns eTRAKiT system asking for the payment of fees.  These fraudulent emails appear with the Town of Parker Logo and include project information, but are not actual correspondence from the Town.

 Important Information: 

• All correspondence from the Town will be sent to you with an email address @parkerco.gov.
• All fees associated with your application will be located within the case file in eTRAKiT.  Fees can always be paid through the eTRAKiT portal or check brought to the Town.  Wire requests would always be coordinated your case planner.
• Any invoice sent from the Town will come from an email address associated with the Town of Parker with @parkerco.gov.

Permit Applications include: Building permits, Public Works permits, Sign permits and registries, Temporary Use permits, and Memorial Tree applications.

Project Applications include: Community Development projects, Copying projects, Open Records Requests, and Publication purchases.

License Applications include: Contractor licenses, Event licenses, and Peddler/Solicitor licenses.

All Inspection requests received before 4:00pm will be completed the following business day.
