The applicant, the Garrett Companies, is requesting a Site Plan Adjustment to amend the approved Site Plan to account for the actual constructed conditions for building 3. The Adjustment includes lighting, elevation, location of bike racks and outdoor furniture changes. The site is located at the southwest corner of Parker Road and Pine Lane.
